Point of Sale Inspection Information

Buyer(s) and Seller(s) should confirm these requirements with the appropriate municipalities, prior to ordering any inspections.  

It is the Buyer(s) and Seller(s) responsibility to comply with all local governmental point of sale laws and/or ordinances when there are required inspections, applications, etc. that are required to be completed. Proof of completion of such requirements should then be supplied to the Title Office/Escrow Agent prior to handling the transfer of a property.

American Title Solutions will not be responsible for ordering/completing any application, inspection, or any point of sale services required to be performed in order to complete the transfer of the property.
